TERMS OF SERVICE:
☆ Before placing an order you are obligated to read and famliarize yourself with my T.O.S.
☆ By placing an order with me, that means you agree to all of the following terms and will abide by them. Not reading the T.O.S. does NOT absolve you from following it.
☆ Failure to respect the contract will result in you being black listed from ever ordering from me again.

☆ You must provide me with a clear reference photo or drawing of the character you want me to draw. This is only to ensure that I draw your character as accurately as possible.
☆ I have the right to refuse accepting an order without giving any reasons.
☆ Work times on orders may vary from 2 weeks to 2 months. (You will be notified and given regular updates.)
☆ You will be sent progress of your commission at the sketch stage, line art stage, and coloring stage. Please note that I will not change a commission after the line art is finished and has been confirmed by you.
☆ If you do require a major change after line art is finished, it will be an extra cost.
☆ All of my clients are treated equally and must follow/respect the same T.O.S. as any other.
USAGE:
☆ You may re-sell any design of mine, but please don't inflate the price if you didn't add any additions to the character such as art or physical items.
☆ Minor changes to the design are fine, just please don't change it too much so that it is still recognizable as my design.
☆ My work is not to be used commercially without my permission- this applies to any artwork I make. Financial gain from my artwork is prohibited as well unless granted permission from me.
☆ Credit me for original design if you decide to repost my work or you draw my design.
☆ I have the right to promote myself and my work by using any order I have done. This includes social media.
REFUNDS:
☆ Partial refunds are available after 2 weeks have passed upon ordering.
Estimated refund price is equivalent to the amount of work that has been done. (Example: If you ordered a lined/uncolored half body, but I had only completed the sketch, you would receive the difference. So, a sketch half body subtracted from your total purchase.)
☆ If I have not started on your piece after the two week time period, you may request a full refund.
☆ Once a commission is finished, you cannot request a refund.
